Stephanie Clare Smith
Stephanie Clare Smith grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is a social worker and mediator who works with at-risk families in the judicial system. Her writing has appeared in the Guardian, Bellevue Literary Review, Xavier Review, and the Raleigh Review. She is the author of Everywhere the Undrowned: A Memoir of Survival and Imagination, which has garnered a Kirkus starred review.
