Charlotte Wilbur

Charlotte Hall Wilbur works for the New York City Parks Department, where she oversees the administration of the city’s specialty food program and numerous other food-related businesses, including Tavern on the Green and the Shake Shack. She graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a degree in English Literature, for which she received highest honors. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and their dog. They are expecting their first child in October.
