Ahmed Khaled Towfik

Ahmed Khaled Towfik, born in Tanta, Egypt, in 1962, is a prolific novelist and poet. A former professor of medicine at Tanta University, he is the first contemporary Arab writer of horror and science fiction, and the first Arab writer to explore the medical thriller genre.
