Celia Carnes
Celia Carnes is a student pursuing a degree in Global Studies and Anthropology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After growing up immersed in the history of the Civil Rights Movement in Montgomery, Alabama, she has enjoyed working in politics for Congresswoman Terri A. Sewell, EMILY’s List, and most recently with the Carter Center. She currently works for UNC Global and resides in Chapel Hill.
