Charlie Howell
Charlie Howell was born and raised in the South, growing up amongst the hills of suburban Nashville. He’s lived in seven states and one district, bouncing from one coast to the other and back again. He’s a business school dropout, a digital marketing consultant, a master of psychology, and a liberal who worked in the George W. Bush White House (and was bitten by both presidential dogs).
Charlie was once called a “Renaissance man” by a close friend, which he takes as a nice way of saying he struggles to stay focused on any one thing for very long. As a writer he prefers to talk about what he knows best—life, love, faith (or a lack thereof), and his personal journey through life—which he’s chronicled across a number of different blogs throughout the years (lifeauthentic.net, is one).
Charlie is an over-thinker, prone to wander, and tends to be hopelessly hopeful. When he’s not writing at his kitchen table, he prefers to get lost among beautiful places with friends, family, and a sweet little goldendoodle named Samantha.
