Graham Hoppe
Graham Hoppe writes about culture and history with a focus on food, music, and tourism. He is a recent graduate of the folklore program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, he wrote his thesis on Dollywood and studied topics such as Cracker Barrel, firehouse dinners, and parking garages. He is a contributor to The American Ethnic Food Today Encyclopedia and has presented his work for the Appalachian Studies Association and the Southern Foodways Alliance. Graham currently lives and works in Raleigh, North Carolina.
