Mia Gröndahl
Mia Gröndahl is a journalist, horticulturalist and author. After twenty years as a journalist in Jerusalem and Cairo, she returned to Sweden and became one of the founders of The Friends of Christine, a cultural association that directs Christinehof Castle. In her free time she cultivates Killahusets Garden in beautiful Österlen in Skåne. Among her publications are Dreams of Jerusalem: Lewis Larsson and American Colony Photogrpahers (2005); Revolution Graffiti: Street Art of the New Egypt ((2013), in English; Österlen’s Heritage Roses (2016); and The Love Scandal of the Century (2021). She also participated in the anthology Swedes in the Holy Land (2021) and co-edited as well as contributed to the anthology Power and Creativity, a biography of Christina Piper (2021).
