Wayne Baquet
Wayne Baquet has lived in New Orleans all of his life and contributed to its restaurant culture since the mid-1960s. A member of the prominent Baquet family known for their food, music, and journalism, Wayne currently oversees Li’l Dizzy’s in Tremé, his twelfth restaurant, which is celebrated for its fried chicken, gumbo, and other beloved Creole dishes.
