Robert Tannen
Robert Tannen is an Economic Development specialist, Urban Design and Planning Consultant, whose 50 year career has resulted in more than $2 billion of public and private projects in the lower Mississippi Valley, the Gulf Coast, and Northeastern states. He has consulted with federal, state and local agencies for more than 50 years.
Recently chosen as a Young Leadership Council Role Model with his wife Jeanne Nathan, he has been a touchstone also for young artists and activists in New Orleans, while being recognized as a visionary leader in land use, coastal restoration and urban development in official and planning circles throughout Louisiana.
