Paul Wizikowski
As a strategic space storyteller, Paul Wizikowski has helped shape the tone of spaceflight missions to Low Earth Orbit, the Moon, and Mars. In 2019, Wizikowski joined the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, serving as an advisor to NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine. Charged with developing the broadcasts for the first crewed missions of NASA’s commercial crew program, the branding of the Artemis campaign, and the launch of the Mars2020 Perseverance mission, Wizikowski twice earned NASA’s Exceptional Achievement medal. In 2021, Wizikowski formed a boutique communications production company, Vytal Space, focused on supporting the growing commercial endeavors of spaceflight. For Felix & Paul Studios and META, he led a stereoscopic 360-degree camera team to the highlands of Iceland and the deserts of Arizona, documenting NASA’s geological lunar and Martian analogs, and in 2022, Wizikowski wrote and directed the first-of-its-kind 8K 360-degree immersive livestream of the launch of Artemis I from Kennedy Space Center. Wizikowski has served as the executive producer of mission coverage for each of Axiom Space’s four private astronaut missions to the International Space Station. Most recently, Wizikowski wrote and directed a two-part documentary series titled ‘Moonbound: the Artemis II story’ for NASA+.
