Adia Benson

After receiving her degree in culinary arts from Auguste Escoffier in Avignon, France, Adia Benson spent the next several years working with food and branding for Daniel Boulud’s The Dinex Group and Thomas Keller’s Restaurant Group. In 2011, she joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where she worked with the editorial team focusing her interests on storyline development for food-related content as well as supporting marketing and sales. Benson currently works as a culinary designer at gravitytank, an innovation consultancy in Chicago that leverages research and design to help clients grow their businesses, define new products and services, enter new markets, and change their organizations. As a chef at gravitytank, she creates edible prototypes for clients and research participants to taste and experience real representations of potential future products.
