Jeanie Riess

Jeanie Riess is a writer and journalist in New Orleans. Most recently, she was a feature writer for The Gambit, but this fall she’ll begin graduate work at the University of Montana’s MFA Program in Creative Writing. Before moving home to New Orleans, Jeanie was a reporter in Greenwood, Mississippi, and before that she was a lousy intern in Washington, D.C.
