Peter Mabli

Peter Mabli is a public historian who serves as director of online programs for the American Social History Project at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. He is also an adjunct professor of history at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he teaches courses on cultural revolutions and the history of New Jersey. Peter is currently completing his PhD at Drew University, with a focus on the intersections between food culture and national identity creation in the early American Republic.
